Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time payments. They are not a subscription, and you are never charged again automatically. One credit is used for each successful image enhancement or processing task. The current 100-credit pack and its price are shown on the Pricing page.

Credit pack expiration

Credits in the 100-credit pack do not expire.

Failed image processing

If an image processing request fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Refunds

• An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable, except for duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Free sign-up credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, email support@image-enhancer.net from the address on your account and include the purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
